Lori Inuzuka
Vice President - Global Operations

Lori oversees global operations which includes end-to-end service delivery for all clients, Professional and Client Services and US Sales and Marketing.

Lori possess over 12 years of call center experience in Operations, Outsourcing Management, Workforce Management, Add-on Sales Programs, P&L responsibility, Telephony and integrating and optimizing call center software. Her experience in facilitating large multi-million dollar system/process transformations has resulted in numerous clients expanding their outsourcing efforts. The breadth of her experience and management skills has led to win-win partnerships resulting in clients’ improved CSAT scores, reduced operating costs and increased revenue.

Prior to joining vCustomer, Lori headed the call centers for well-known companies including Eddie Bauer and Blue Cross, managing up to 1,200 employees. She also managed multi-site and multi-function outsourcers. Lori holds a degree in Business from the University of Southern California.
