vCustomer Corporation Enjoys Ground Breaking First Half of 2004

  • The creation of several innovative retail and tech support tools by vLabs, in-house software lab, designed to improve productivity and provide sophisticated analytics.
  • The introduction of vCertification, a program developed to help employees become leaders and to equip them with the skills and competencies needed to continuously improve their performance.
  • The strengthening of mid-management in vCustomer's India operations by adding 25 Business School graduates.
  • Expanding the US Sales, Client Services and IT Support teams to continue our dedication to a US-based Client Facing Team.
