vCustomer Recognized as one of the Top 50 Best Workplaces in India

Kirkland, Washington, July 24, 2008 - vCustomer, a leader in delivering customer care and technical support solutions, today announced that it was ranked as one of the top 50 Best Workplaces in India according to a study performed by the Great Place to Work® Institute, a US-based research and management firm. Rankings are published annually in Fortune magazine (US), the Financial Times (UK), and in more than 30 leading business publications globally including the Economic Times in India.

For more than 20 years, the Great Place to Work Institute has ranked best workplaces globally. The 2008 Best Workplaces study was the largest conducted to date with 250 companies competing and spanning a wide range of industries in India.

Results were based upon the quality measurement of three, interconnected relationships between: employees and management; employees and their jobs/company; and employees and their peers. Employees were surveyed with trust, pride and camaraderie measured within the workplace. A Culture Audit was also conducted with management to provide insight into the nature of the organization.
