vCustomer Named Among Top 10 Contact Centers in GlobalServices100

For the 4th year, vCustomer secures top rankings as one of the Best Performing Contact
Centers and a Leader in Human Capital Development
Kirkland, Washington, March 12, 2008 - vCustomer
Corporation, a leader in delivering comprehensive customer care and technical
support solutions, today announced that it had been recognized as one of the top
10 in Best Performing Contact Centers and as a Leader in Human Capital Development
according to Global Services 100 Survey of Best Service Providers.
Each year, Global Services 100 surveys service providers from 17 countries, with
delivery centers across 31 countries. These providers cover a range of services
spanning IT and BPO, including IT application services, infrastructure, FAO, HRO
and contact centers. The top 100 list and ranking in the 10 categories are based
on a scientific methodology, including size (revenue, employee strength, geographies
covered), customers (customer base, testimonials and references, average contract
size), skills (depth and breadth of offerings, delivery capability, quality initiatives,
verticals covered) and other criteria (attrition, training). Findings are published
annually by Global Services.

This recognition by Global Services follows the November 2007 published annual DQ-IDC
India BPO ESAT Survey, ranking vCustomer as the No. 1 Business Process Outsourcing
(BPO) company to work for in India. Research was conducted by DataQuest Magazine
and IDC, a consulting firm specializing in market intelligence and advisory services.
The annual survey revealed that the employee satisfaction scores in 2007 for vCustomer
were substantially higher than the competition in the majority of the parameters
measured. The survey rated companies on 11 key dimensions, including employee size,
training, salary and compensation, company culture, cost to company, company image,
and other criteria.
