vCustomer a top ranked ‘Rising Star’ in the 2006 Global Outsourcing 100 list

Among the top 5 BPO companies in the list of 35 rising stars

New Delhi, India, March 31, 2006 - vCustomer, a leading BPO solutions provider, announced it was the top-ranked call center company and eleventh overall among the 35 Rising Stars in the 2006 Global Outsourcing 100 list, the first-ever selection of the world's top outsourcing service providers by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Selection to the Global Outsourcing 100 was based on a variety of factors including size, revenue growth, depth and breadth of competencies as demonstrated through industry recognition, customer experience as demonstrated through the value being created at the company's top customers, relevant certifications, and investment in the development of people, processes, and technologies. Judges also looked at management capabilities as reflected in the experience and accomplishments of the business's top leaders and its investment in management systems that ensure outsourcing success.

This latest recognition comes two months after vCustomer was ranked as the No. 3 BPO and call center service provider in the Global Services 100 list by Global Services magazine. In January, based on ranking input from Gartner Inc., vCustomer was named by BusinessWeek as one of the Top 10 Hot Players in Global Outsourcing.
